Nice video. a question: I have hair braiders one of these children, u know, the one who has three hooks and batteries, it turns each and then turns them together to make a rotation type of braids in his hair. well, I was wondering if you believe one of those would work instead of the hook design. I will try to make yarn out of my old dog extra skin, so if they "over" something I'll remember her by. please back to me soon. not sure when they are going fast the hope not so. Thank you.

Spinning is a form of interval training which uses specialized exercise bikes. The bikes typically have a weighted flywheel that is directly coupled to the pedals. This means that when you pedal, the wheel turns, if you stop peadalling, the wheel stops. Or, another way of putting it is, if you start pedalling very fast with minimal resistance, if you relax your legs, the pedals will keep turning.

The class is typically set to music, and the music and the group setting, along with the instructor's energy and motivation assist in helping members finish the class.

As for what occurs in the class, you typically start with a warm up to get your heart rate up a little. Then you go through various "drills."

The drills can include normal pedalling with light resistance, sprinting with minimal resistance (pedalling as fast as possible), jumps (pedalling high speed while seated for three or four revolutions, then pedalling high speed while standing for three or four revolutions, and repteaing), hill climbs (pedalling with high resistance while standing, and increasing the resistance periodically), and more.

It's a very intense, self-paced workout. If you are looking to change up your cardio, try taking a few classes.

An indoor cycling bike allows you adjust your seat and handle and gets you into the real biking position. If you are somebody who likes to keep track of the distance, calories, heart rate, and etc., I recommend you to buy and up right bike but if you are a roadie, I'd say an indoor cycle is better.
Personally, I like indoor cycles better because no plugs are needed for most models i like to get into that position but that's only my opinion. If money is no problem for you, I would definately buy an indoor cycle.

Something very similar happened to me a few months ago!

I was a freshman in college and was just chilling in my dorm one day. I heard a knock on my door and without even looking through the peep hole, I opened the door. I was then intruded by "magazine salesmen" that were actually run away fugitives from Utah. They ended up scaring me to death and took nearly 300 dollars in cash. I was so worried. I was afraid my mom would kill me even though it wasn't her money.

I was now out nearly two paychecks and was humiliated and had my place trashed by these two runaways. I felt so bad about the entire situation.

Shortly after this event, I was almost able to accept it, then I went and had a car accident that was my fault!! :( I ended up running a red light because I was low on sleep and wrecked my van. I felt even worse about that.

It has been nearly a year since all of that now and I'm finally able to live guilt free. Part of me really hates that I didn't stop at that light I thought was a green arrow, as well as letting those damn fugitives in my house to ruin everything.

Here's the way I look at the entire situation though: With my car I feel as though "everything happens for a reason", and that perhaps I was supposed to have that accident to be kept from having an even worse one that could have left me handicapped or even dead! Everything seems to have worked out just fine since then and I think someone's watching out for me :)

As far as getting robbed goes, I also feel that everything happens for a reason and that maybe those criminals really did need that money for their own kids or wife or something. I feel terrible about it, but in the long run, I realized that it was just money and material objects, and not something like my brother or girlfriend at stake.

Perhaps you can look at the situation like this and try to stop bouncing back between theory 1 and 2 that you provided: "maybe that person who stole my bike really needed that because he didn't have a job and didn't have a way to get around town. Instead of looking at this whole thing as 'being robbed', maybe I can look at more as a charity". Also, maybe the guy who took your bike did you a favor!! Maybe you were going to be hit by a truck or something, but because you left that lock undone, it caused him to steal it, keeping you from wrecking and hurting yourself.

Just know that "everything happens for a reason, no matter how good, or bad"...

Hey

Its not your fault that it got stolen, it is the person who stole it.
You had a lock and locked it up, its not your fault some jerk decided to steal it.
Don't feel like it is your fault at all.
Contact your local police department and let them know what happened.Believe it or not they can get bikes back if you call and give a good description.
When you get a new bike, buy a ultra safe bike lock, and make sure you lock it correctly.

Everyone makes mistakes, and you'll learn from this.
Don't be too hard on your self, its not the end of the world.
Things could be worse.

I hope I helped.
Please don't be too hard on your self.

I was just about to shout at you for stealing someones bike lol !

Aww your so sweet.
Of course you did not contribute your bike being stolen. You didn't purposley leave it, mistakes happen. They could have stolen something else if the bike hadnt have been locked. YOU DIDNT CONTRIBUTE. People shouldnt steal end of. You could have left it lying on the pavement and it wouldnt be your fault, because people SHOULD NOT STEAL. Dont feel guilty. When i was about 7, i left my bike on the garden on the hill, we have a high gate but they climbed over, ran through the land, rolled under a fence, just to get at my bike. How stupid us that, they went to ALL that trouble just steal a 7 year old kids bike. The fact it honey is that its NOT your fault, you didnt mean to do that.
That person is a thief, you should not feel guilty, because i bet the thug with your bike isnt. You conscious is perfectly clear, you are just sad about your bike and that you feel you could have stopped it.
It doesnt matter what you should have, could have or did or didnt do, you did nothing wrong.

Its not your fault !

Haha I thought that you stole someones bike. You have to calm down! So what if it was your fault? Being guilty about it wont change the situation. Next time make sure your bike lock is properly locked.
